Flat PTFE gaskets cut to flange faces, bolt patterns and custom sealing profiles. Specify the sealing land, thickness and media for the bolted connection.
Procurement specification
These components are made to the required geometry. The drawing defines the finished dimensions and interfaces.

A gasket must sit on the intended sealing face without protruding into the flow path or obstructing fasteners. Specify the bolt-circle diameter and hole size separately from the gasket outside diameter.
Equipment covers and non-circular flanges require the full perimeter and hole coordinates. A sketch with overall dimensions alone does not define the remaining sealing width around each opening.
Thicker PTFE is not automatically a better seal. Flange condition, stiffness and available bolt load affect compression and long-term load retention.
Dense PTFE and expanded PTFE respond differently to compression. Select the construction around surface condition and process duty rather than treating equal thickness as an interchangeable grade.

Yes. Supply the outside profile, bore, bolt circle and hole diameters, or a dimensioned flange drawing.
The complete flange assembly determines the operating limit. Material, geometry, temperature, bolt load and installation all affect sealing performance.

Provide the flange drawing, gasket thickness, quantity, media and temperature. Include the flange material and any required material documentation.
